The name is the whole philosophy.

Anglers write the same sentence over and over in the reviews: he does not give up. On a slow day Captain Lacy stays out on his own time, switches presentations, and works the radio with other boats until something happens.

36 years on this water

Captain Lacy Ingram has fished South Florida his whole life. He knows which reef edge holds bait in an east wind and where the weed line sets up after a blow.

Everything is included

Rods, reels, tackle, lures, live bait when it is available, catch cleaning and filleting, and a fishing license for every guest. Bring food and drinks. That is the entire list.

A boat built to run

A 2021 Conch 30 on twin 300 HP Mercurys, cruising to 40 knots. GPS, radar, fishfinder and a live bait well. Less time running, more time with lines in.

Ten ways to fish

Kite fishing, trolling, live bait, bottom fishing, jigging, drift, spinning, handline, light and heavy tackle. The technique follows the fish, not the schedule.

Good with kids

Kids are welcome from age 5 up, and 93 percent of reviewers rated the trip family friendly. Plenty of first fish have come over these gunwales.

Federally permitted

Licensed and federally permitted, with ID and credentials verified. Free cancellation up to 3 days before your trip date.

Captain Lacy Ingram

Lacy has fished his whole life and spent more than 30 years on South Florida water. He is passionate about catching fish, whatever the species, and he works hard to send people home happy. On a slow day he will stay out longer on his own time to put you on them.

Some days his son Brandon runs mate. Anglers consistently call out how much the two of them explain along the way, from tide and water temperature to gear size and why a particular presentation is working.

A 2021 Conch 30 center console

Clean, organized and fast. Twin 300 HP Mercurys push her to 40 knots, so the run out is short and the fishing day is long. Reviewers keep using the same two words for this boat: clean and professional. It scores a flat 5.0 for boat and equipment.

Their knowledge on everything, fish, the ocean, wildlife, boating, and of course fishing, was really awesome. Catching fish was just an added bonus. They both treated my son and I like family.

Darren Duch Pennsylvania · 6 hour trip, June 2026

We had a tough day with a lot of weeds but he never gives up, tries various techniques and presentations to catch fish and stays in contact with other vessels out in the ocean collaborating about what is working.

Kurt Hopkins Kentucky · 8 hour trip, April 2026

He even stayed out an extra 30 minutes on the way back to the dock to give us another chance to hook one more fish, which we really appreciated.
